Delita Ashton is the visionary behind DMA Strategic Solutions, bringing a dynamic blend of experience, education, and passion to the world of business consulting. With over a decade of experience spanning corporate training, project execution, and strategic marketing, Delita founded DMA Strategic Solutions to help businesses unlock their full potential through expert guidance in consulting, project management, marketing, and instructional design.
​Delita holds a Bachelor of Science in Training and Development with a minor in Marketing from Old Dominion University, an MBA from Averett University, and a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Full Sail University. She also carries certifications in Project Management, Agile methodologies, and SAP ERP systems, making her uniquely equipped to lead organizations through growth, transformation, and innovation. ​
When she's not building strategies for success, Delita enjoys traveling, listening to music, and cherishing quality time with family and friends. Most importantly, she finds joy and purpose in being a devoted mother—her greatest role of all. With a passion for helping others succeed and a talent for turning ideas into action, Delita is committed to delivering solutions that drive results and lasting impact.
